How It Works
1. Open Protaxi Passenger app
2. Specify your destination.
3. Select your payment option - cash or debit card
4. Tap on Request ride
5. Confirm your pick up location and get picked up within minutes

• Cars - Cars are our default rides
• Executive - Ride in style and luxury with executive cars and jeeps
• Bus - Protaxi bus, gives you option of multi-seater for Airport pickups and Events for large groups
• Pre-booking option is available via https://www.protaxi.ng/manager/login. It is a stress-free booking arrangement to avoid last minute rush.
The App gives you fare estimate, tracks your ride, issues receipt at the end of each ride. You have the opportunity to rate the driver and we request that you do so to improve our serving you better. From time to time we offer our Riders a mouth-watering deal that can be accessed via a unique Promo Code. The Promo Codes are tied to Debit card payment options. Riders should select and complete card payment option before entering the promo code. It is easy!
